Ernestine Romero, recording artist and song writer from Pojoaque, NM, has released
numerous albums in her youthful career. Her first album entitled "Recuerdos," was released at the youthful age of 11 to be
followed by her second album entitled "Siempre," at the age of 13. She soon released her third album entitled "Por Que Te
Fuiste." in 2003, featuring the title cut "Por Que Te Fuiste." Ernestine also released a Christmas album “Feliz Nacidad”
in 2003, to be followed by her fourth album "Volume 4," in 2005. Ernestine has now released her newest album entitled "No
Te Vayas," and two collaborating music videos in 2007. Ernestine has been recognized for her talent by
receiving numerous talent awards within her musical career. She is a two time award winner in the Teen Singing Competitions
held in Los Angeles California and Las Vegas Nevada. She was nominated for Female Vocalist
of the Year, Youth Artist of the Year and Bilingual Song of the Year in 2001 for the New Mexico Hispano Entertainers Award
Show. For Ernestine’s album entitled "Volume 4," she was nominated for Gospel Song of the Year, Bilingual Song of the
Year, Youth Artist of the Year and Youth Song of the Year. With her album ”No Te Vayas,” she was awarded Latin
Pop Song of the Year with her song “Rebelde Atrevido” at the New Mexico Hispano Music Awards. Ernestine
displayed her passion for music at the tender age of 3 and began her professional career at the age of 8. Her musical talent
and stage presents have made her a unique Latina artist who has performed throughout the United States and parts of Mexico.
She has been voted as one of the Tejano Top Twenty Up and Coming Artists and is sure to be in the music industry for years
to come.
